Property values would suggest so. With many areas in Spain struggling, of course there are bargains. Unless of course you are are looking in what is considered to be a premium area. What many buyers and those looking for bargain investments don’t realise is that owners in these areas can make enough over the summer in rental income to carry them over for the rest of the year. Time to look inland maybe? Do it for the right reasons, as the days of making a fast buck are over. For now at least.
