Sleeping Accommodation
Completely equipped for a fantastic holiday, there are 4 en-suite fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Luxurious bedding with egyptian cotton sheets, flat screen TVs, sleeping a total of 8 persons, plus 2 sofa-beds.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, doors opening to the central patio.
There are fitted wardrobes, TV and fabulous bathroom with stand alone bath and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, sofa bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with ensuite bath and shower over.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has a double bed, TV with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The fourth bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over.

The State of the Art fitted kitchen has all the equipment and gadgets that you can think of.

The Terrace
The house is on one level and there are various doors opening directly out to the pool and garden areas. This house and garden are extremely private and not overlooked.
For cooler nights there is a beautiful pergola room, with glass curtain doors where there is an inside dining area. The area is complemented with wine fridges etc.
Outside there is a dining table for 8 guests, barbecue, sauna and jacuzzi.
Security
Casa La Familia holiday rental villa is securely gated.
There is private parking for three cars as well as easy street parking. The villa is fully alarmed, with security cameras and there is a 24 hour security guard on duty in the area.
Access
This villa is extremely easy to access and there are just a few steps to reach the pool in some areas.
Local Services
There are two supermarkets within walking distance, as well as bus stops for Marbella and Fuengirola.
A car is recommended to see the best that the area has to offer. Nikki Beach is less than 10 minutes drive, as well as the commercial centre of Elviria and a wide choice of bars, restaurants, and beach chiringuitos.
For the smaller ones in the family, there is Aventura Amazonia zipwire activity park, as well as a big trampoline park in Elviria.

Located just 15 minutes walk from the villa, the sandy beaches of Artola and Marbesa are famous, as is the beach at Cabopino (especially popular with families).
A few minutes drive brings you to the beaches of Elviria which stretch for miles and the choice of high quality beach bars and chiringuitos is endless.

Tennis and Keep Fit
The tennis courts in Hacienda Las Chapas are available to our guests, and we will explain how to get access on arrival.
We also have a small sauna as well as jacuzzi and there is our in-house gym with running machine and weights/benches to keep you in trim.

Get on MA-20 from Paseo del Parque and Av. de Andalucía
