Casa Layla is a holiday villa for rent in El Rosario, near Marbella.
Designed by the architect, Graciela Wain Herrendorf, this beautiful villa has panoramic sea and mountain views.
It is a comfortable 4 bed family home which is available for holiday rentals during the summer.
Located in the residential area of El Rosario, Marbella, there is a large supermarket, bars and restaurants all within an easy 10 minute walk. Fabulous sandy beaches, are just 10 minutes further.
The location is perfect for families who want to be just a short drive away from Marbella Old Town. Or equally convenient, the night life of Puerto Banus. Cabopino port, Nikki Beach, the Trocadero Arena and Los Monteros. All of which are just a short drive away.
The villa is easily accessible from the highway (no road noise) and only 35 minutes from Malaga Airport.the

Sleeping Accommodation
Completely equipped for a fantastic holiday, there are 4 bedrooms, fully airconditioned, sleeping a total of 8 persons, plus a bunk bed for 2 children.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, doors opening to terrace, fitted wardrobes, and fabulous bathroom with large bath and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, doors onto the terrace and luxury ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and doors onto the terrace.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is a light and airy family room with a double bed and bunk beds.
Bathroom
This bathroom adjoining bedrooms 3 and 4 offers twin hand basins and a walk in shower cubicle.
Utility Room
Separate utility room with washing machine, sink and airers.
Kitchen Facilities
The State of the Art fitted kitchen has all the equipment and gadgets that you can think of including a kettle, toaster, juice-maker, hob, two fan-assisted ovens, microwave, and a breakfast bar seating six.
Lounge and Dining Area
The spacious dining room/lounge with vaulted ceiling, with a 8-seater dining table, corner sofa, flat screen TV showing a wide choice of international TV channels, free WIFI, and patio doors opening to the terraces.
Bathroom
On the living area level of the house there is an additional bathroom with large walk in shower.
The Terrace
The house and garden is on three levels and there are various doors opening directly out to the terrace areas. This house and garden are extremely private and not overlooked. Outside there is a dining table for 8 guests, and barbecue in the garden area for our guests. Steps down to the 3rd level bring you to the corner pool, with gently sloping steps to enter.

The pool is private and not overlooked.
Security
Casa Layla holiday rental villa is securely gated, and there is private parking for two cars as well as easy street parking. The villa is fully alarmed.
There is a 24 hour security guard on duty in the area.
Access
This villa is extremely easy to access with light and spacious stairs to reach the remaining bedrooms and pool area on lower levels.
Local Services
One large supermarket is within easy 10 minutes walking distance, as well as bus stops for Marbella and Fuengirola. A car is recommended to see the best that the area has to offer.
– Nikki Beach Club is less than 10 minutes drive, as well as the commercial centres of El Rosario, Elviria as is Marbella town.
There are a wide choice of bars, restaurants, and beach chiringuitos just minutes away.
For the smaller ones in the family, there is Aventura Amazonia, a zipwire activity park. Additionally, we have a big trampoline park in Elviria.
We are happy to assist with shopping deliveries for our guests too.

The Beach
Located just 15 minutes walk from the villa, the sandy beaches of Costabella are famous.
Not forgetting the equally famous beaches at Los Monteros and Marbella.
Just a few minutes drive will bring you to the beaches of Elviria and Marbella. These stretch for miles, and the choice of high quality beach bars and chiringuitos is endless.
Things to note
If walking, you will need water, a hat and a camera.

Get on MA-20 from Paseo del Parque and Av. de Andalucía
