A beautiful holiday rental townhouse in Cabopino, Casa Danca is just 12 minutes easy flat walk to Cabopino beaches and port. It is located in the popular urbanisation called Lomas de Cabopino.
Beds for up to 6 guests: Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen size double bed and the 2nd bedroom has two single bed. In the living room there a large double sofa-bed for two guests.
Bathrooms: Downstairs there is a useful guest toilet and upstairs you will find a family bathroom (bath with shower over) and a further ensuite with shower.
Spacious and light, Casa Danca is perfect for guests who like their own space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven/hob, coffee maker and kettle.
During cooler evenings in winter the serving counter to the large indoor dining table is useful. A large flat screen TV shows a wide variety of international TV channels and there is a music player to connect to electronic devices too. High speed fibre optic wifi is included in the price.
Terraces: For those looking for some private sun bathing, there is a further terrace on the top floor, while downstairs from the lounge there is a lovely sunny south west facing terrace equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as gas barbecue.
From here there is direct gated access to the path leading to the communal pools.
For kids: The younger ones will enjoy trying out our ping pong table and dart board in the basement of the house as well as the kids pool in the beautiful communal gardens. All safely controlled.
Down at the beach, you will find opportunities to rent boats and pedaloes and there is even a zip wire adventure park just down the road at Aventure Amazonia.
Golfing in Cabopino: Golfers will love this house as there is plenty of space in the hall to leave their golf clubs and the closest course, Cabopino Golf Club is less than 5 minutes drive away. But of course the Costa del Sol boasts a myriad of golf courses and many are within 15 minutes drive from Casa Danca.
This house really is one of the most perfect holiday rentals in Cabopino, located in a peaceful area, but within easy walking distance to bars, quality restaurants such as Da Bruno and Portofino, transport links and beaches (Andy’s Beach Bar).
You won’t necessarily need a car, as there amenities are accessible but as this is a house with it’s own front garden, you can park your car directly in front of the gate and the closest cafe restaurant and minimarket is just opposite the house.
Buses running between Fuengirola and Marbella are easy to find as well as taxis.
