Sleeping Accommodation

Upstairs, there are 3 large double bedrooms. All with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with shower, one with the family bath).

We can configure the beds to king size or singles to suit our guests and it is possible to add 1 fold up bed to accommodate up to 7 guests maximum upstairs. The sofa bed in the lounge can also sleep 2 further guests.

Master Bedroom

The Master bedroom opens out to its own terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and surroundings.

There are two 90cm single beds which can be joined to make super king size 180cm.

Bedroom 2

At the rear of the house, it has 2 single 90cm beds which can be joined to make super king size 180cm. There is space for one fold out bed to make 3 singles and this room has it’s own ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 3

The smallest of the bedrooms, this has two single 90cm beds which can be joined to make super king size 180cm.

Kitchen Facilities

The interior dining area and fully fitted kitchen are combined (open plan) with serving hatch opening to the dining area, so it is great for entertaining guests. To the rear of the open plan kitchen, there is the grill/bbq and al fresco dining area and to the other side wonderful sea views.

Lounge and Dining Area

From the front door there is a flight of stairs up to the first floor where you will find a large open plan living area with flat screen TV and fireplace. There is excellent wi-fi reception and a huge variety of international Television channels.

The Pool Area

Level with the swimming pool we also have a shower room and guest toilet useful for those using the pool.

The Pool Area is safely gated for children and accessed by 6 steps down from the terrace. There are 4 sun beds for our guests, a pool shower and we usually have some inflatables for the kids!

Security

The villa is modern and comfortable and opens out on three sides to terraces, all of which boast excellent security measures.

We have a safe available for guest’s use.

Access

There is a ramp with parking to access this villa. A flight of stairs connects the occupants to the sleeping accommodation.

Local Services

Casa Leo is a practical and comfortable holiday villa for rent in Riviera Del Sol. It will be convenient for families looking to be close to amenities but not right on top of them. It is a quiet residential area, but everything can be reached on foot in 15/20 minutes walk.

Riviera del Sol is a wonderful tourist resort with easy direct access to the sandy beaches, three supermarkets, gyms, tennis and fitness centres and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The famous boardwalk promenade stretches all the way to La Cala de Mijas one way and to Cabopino Port the other way and Fuengirola or Marbella are easily reached by public transport.
Taxi stand and bus stops are within easy walk of the villa.

Golfing

The villa is a golfing holidaymakers dream. Casa Leo is perfect for golfing holidays. You can unload your golf clubs from the car directly into the downstairs entry hall, safely tucked out of the way when you’re not using them.

Miraflores Tennis Club is 15 minutes walk away (or 2 minutes in the car) as is Miraflores Bowls club. No excuses not to keep fit while you’re away 🙂

The Beach

Located 20 minutes walk from the villa, you can access the very popular Max Beach club. There are several sun bed packages to choose from, not forgetting a wide choice of cocktails. Max Beach also incorporates a gym. If pumping iron isn’t your thing, there is also the boardwalk which will take you to La Cala De Mijas or Dona Lola at Calahonda.

• Children are not allowed in the pool at Max Beach
• If walking, you will need water, a hat and a camera

We provide full bed linen, towels and pool towels for our guests. For arrivals at the villa after 23hrs, there is a Late Meet and Greet supplement payable of 45eur. Cot and high chair are available for a small supplement.
