Sleeping Accommodation
Completely equipped for a fantastic holiday, there are 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 8 persons.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, doors opening to the central patio, dressing area and fabulous marble bathroom with bath and shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a king size bed or two singles and ensuite bathroom with an open wet room style shower.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has 2 single beds or king size double, and a further single bed with extra pull out mattress (perfect for the kids), with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Kitchen Facilities
The beautifully fitted kitchen has all the equipment you can think of including a dining alcove, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee-maker, toaster, large range-style gas hob and grill, triple oven, microwave and the utility room houses the washing machine.
Lounge and Dining Area
There is also a serving hatch, opening to the large dining room/lounge, with an 8-seater dining table, several comfortable armchairs, sofa, flat screen TV showing a wide choice of international TV channels, DVD player and free WIFI.
The Terrace
There are also patio doors on both sides which open directly out to the pool and garden from which there are sea views. To one side there is a lovely terrace with outside dining and plancha barbecue area.

Casa Alexandra holiday rental villa is securely gated and there is private parking for 1-2 cars as well as easy street parking.
Access
Please note the villa is elevated, and accessed by 14 steps with handrail.
Local Services
All amenities are within walking distance, including bus stops and taxi stand so a car, although recommended, isn’t really necessary.
R11 Fitness Centre is an easy 5 minute walk away, Max Beach Restaurant, Beach Club and Gym are an easy 10 minutes walk, as well as two supermarkets and a wide choice of bars, restaurants, and beach chiringuitos.

The Beach
The sandy beach can be reached in just 10 minutes walk from the villa and there are plenty of sun beds available for rental. If you are looking for a special treat, what beach holiday would be complete without a day at Max Beach pool club bar and restaurant? (There are numerous bed packages available, as well as cocktails and also a gym if you feel inclined). On the subject of exercise there is also the boardwalk which will take you to La Cala De Mijas or Cabopino port.

- If walking, you will need water, a hat and a camera
Tennis and Keep Fit
The brand new R11 Sport Club is just 5 minutes walk away with a choice of classes, tennis/paddel courts, gym and spinning centre with special daily and weekly membership rates. Miraflores Tennis Club is 15 minutes walk away (or 2 minutes in the car) as is Miraflores Bowls club. No excuses not to keep fit while you’re away 🙂
