Holiday rental in Marbella (Nagueles): This 4 bedroom townhouse in located in Urb. Oasis de Nagueles, just a few minutes drive to the centre of Marbella and its beaches and also Puerto Banus. It is possible to walk to the Golden Mile in around 20 minutes downhill.
There is a huge living room/diner with flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/MP3 player opening out through full length patio doors to a spacious partly covered terrace. There is outdoor dining space for up to 10 people as well as chill out sofa/armchairs. A small gate from the terrace opens directly onto the beautiful swimming pool just 2 metres away.
On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes which share a bathroom. The Master bedroom has a large terrace overlooking the pool and on this terrace there is a grill bbq (community rules do not allow grills on ground floor). The Master bathroom has a large round bath and separate walk-in shower and there are plenty of wardrobes in the dressing area. Up to the second floor you will find the 4th double bedroom with its own small terrace and ensuite shower room. There is also a washing and drying machine.
