The Master Bedroom is upstairs and has it’s own very private terrace and spacious ensuite bathroom. Downstairs each of the other 2 bedrooms have their own bathroom making it ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties. A lift will bring you directly from the underground car park straight to your front door and the apartment is completely equipped with flat screen TV with HDMI connector, some international channels and WIFI (extra charge).

There are 2 terraces. One from the living area with the table and 6 chairs for al-fresco dining and one upstairs from the Master Bedroom with 2 sunbeds for very private sunbathing 😉

Carib Playa is a mainly residential area, just 15 minutes drive away from the centre of Marbella, and 5 minutes to the famous sandy beaches of Cabopino and Elviria. Within 5 minutes walking distance to the apartment there are some restaurants (grill, chinese, italian, indian, and spanish) and small bars, as well as supermarkets for immediate provisions. Larger supermarkets are just a few more minutes drive away. Its also an easy walk to the lovely port of Cabopino in about 20 minutes.

Fairways is a secure gated apartment complex with a beautiful pool with plenty of sunbeds. This Marbella holiday rental apartment is located in the corner for peace and quiet and yet in view of the pool (to keep an eye on the kids!) Perfect for families, but also great for golfers too as there is a choice of golf courses (Cabopino, Santa Maria, and Miraflores are all within 10 minutes easy drive). For those who do not wish to hire a car, the bus stop is less than 5 minutes walk away and there is a regular half-hourly service running between Fuengirola and Marbella.
