With 65m2 living space plus 17m2 terrace area, this is a light bright and comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment, which is available for short and medium term holiday rentals for up to 4 guests during the whole year.
Located in the residential area of Mijas Costa called Riviera del Sol/Miraflores, there are large supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within 10/15 minute walk. The fabulous sandy beaches just 5 minutes further.
Club Caronte is a well established gated complex offering a lovely swimming pool set in extensive gardens.
The location is perfect for families, golfers and tourists who want to be close to all amenities, beaches and golf courses with Cabopino port, Fuengirola and Marbella just a short drive away.
To reach the front door of Casa Zebra, as well as the pool, there is stair access (only a few steps) . The apartment is not suitable for disabled guests.
(There is no road noise and only 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.)

The spacious open plan dining room/lounge has a 6-seater rectangular dining table, a large comfortable 3 seater sofa, armchair, flat screen TV showing a wide choice of international TV channels and applications, free fibre optic WIFI, and large sliding door opening to corner terrace.

The sunny 17m2 covered corner terrace enjoys all day sunshine and is equipped with dining table and chairs x4 and a sunbeds.

The Beach
Located just 15 minutes walk from the apartment the sandy beach of Riviera del Sol and Mijas Costa si famous for it’s wonderful boardwalk promenades stretching from the port of Cabopino, past Riviera del Sol and on to La Cala de Mijas.
A few minutes drive will bring you to even more sandy beaches at La Cala de Mijas and Cabopino, as well as Elviria and Marbella. The choice is endless!
Things to note
If walking, you will need sun cream, a big bottle of water, a hat and a camera!
We provide one hand towel, one bath towel and one pool towel per guest. For guests staying 14 nights or more, we provide a weekly express clean/laundry change (not including pool towels).
We can provide a shopping service/welcome pack for late arrivals on request, as well as high chair/cot (supplement applies). Late arrivals after 23hrs incur a Late Meet and Greet charge of €45.
For our beach loving guests, we provide 4 portable sun chairs, sun umbrella and cool box.
