This holiday rental apartment has 2 bedrooms sleeping a total of 5 persons.
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom has a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower over.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for families. This apartment sleeps up to 5 people plus one baby (high chair and cot available for small supplement). It is possible for the 5th guest to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge.
Kitchen Facilities
There is a separate galley style kitchen fully equipped with microwave, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juice maker, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine (please note that we do not have space for a dishwasher).
Lounge and Dining Area
There is a flatscreen TV (showing some international and all UK TV channels) and good fibre optic WiFi. There is a large dining table with 4 chairs leading to the lounge area with comfortable L shaped sofa and big comfy armchair.
From the lounge, the sliding patio doors will bring you out to the sunny covered terrace looking out to the pool.
The Terrace
Leading from the living room, there is a spacious covered terrace directly overlooking the pool and well maintained gardens. Absolutely perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine.
The Pool
Two sun beds are also provided for those who wish to relax in the sunshine and there are additional units situated around the pool.
Security
There are security shutters and locks on all the windows with high security locking front door. The complex also has security cameras and Night time security guard.
Access
As it is ground floor and there are no steps, this apartment is safe for those with restricted mobility.
Local Services
Elviria is a thriving centre. All amenities are within immediate walking distance, including bus stops and taxi stand.
There is almost an overwhelming choice of bars, restaurants and more.
Golfing
Santa Maria Golf is within easy flat walking distance to this apartment (900m).
The Beach
There are a wide choice of golden sandy beaches. Not forgetting to mention the famous Nikki Beach Club.
For the smaller ones in the family, there is a children’s park very close by. There is also the zipwire adventure park – Amazonia Aventura is directly opposite the apartment building.
