Sleeping Accommodation

Completely equipped for a fantastic holiday, there are 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 6 persons.

Master Bedroom

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, doors opening to the terrace, dressing area and fabulous en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower-over.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom has a queen double size bed.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a family bathroom with bank and shower-over.

Kitchen Facilities

The separate modern and fully renovated kitchen is completely equipped and includes an American style refrigerator, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, electric hob and oven.
 
A separate utility room houses the washing machine.
 

Lounge And Dining Area

The spacious and light dining room/lounge area has a 6-seater dining table, armchair, L-shaped sofa, flat screen TV showing a wide choice of international TV channels.
 
Also a Roku Smart TV box and free high speed fibre optic WIFI.

The Terrace

There are also patio doors from both the Master Bedroom as well as the Lounge which open directly to your own gated terrace with outdoor dining table and chill out area, all surrounded by gardens and beautiful oak trees.

Access

Very easy access to the front door of the apartment, no steps and completely suitable for those who are less mobile.

All amenities are within easy 8 minutes walking distance, including shopping centre, supermarkets, banks, bars, bus stops and taxi stand.
 
Can we say no car needed?
 
We are on the verge of recommending a car. Although depending on how mobile you are, one isn’t really necessary. There is a wide choice of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets within an 8 minute walk.
 
Nikki Beach Club is easy 20 minutes walk, as well as a selection of  beach chiringuitos.

The Beach

Located just 10 minutes walk from the apartment, what beach holiday would be complete without sandy beaches?

Not forgetting the countless sunbeds for hire at a range of prices, and a wide choice of beach chiringitos to sample Spanish Sangria and freshly grilled sardines.

It is possible to walk along the beach all the way to Marbella (although it will take a couple of hours!)

  • We do not accept pets in the apartment
  • No parties are allowed

Tennis And Keep Fit

The Royal Tennis/Paddel Club is an easy 10 minute drive away and the Cross Fit Gym just 5 minutes walk away from the apartment is definitely recommended for our guests who are looking for a good work out.

Take the MA-21 which merges with the N340 heading towards Algeciras.
 
As you approach Elviria, take the exit immediately after the Repsol gas station, across the first roundabout and you will reach Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf.

During high season, there is a choice of four pools.  During winter there is at least one pool available for guests to use.

Yes – public transport and taxis are easy to reach.

But, if you wish to explore the many wonderful villages of Andalucia, you can also hire a car locally as well as from the airport. 

No – due to risk of allergy we do not permit any animals in the property.
