This 170m2 first floor apartment was recently renovated, it has stunning panoaramic sea and garden views. However, the significant highlight is definitely the amount of sunshine on it’s terrace.
It is a modern 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment which is available for short and medium term holiday rentals for up to 6 guests during the whole year.
Located in the quality area of Marbella known as Elviria, there are large supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within easy flat 10 minute walk and fabulous sandy beaches just 10 minutes further.
El Manantial de Santa Maria is a well established complex offering a choice of 4 swimming pools set in extensive gardens with decorative water features and plenty of open spaces.
The location is perfect for families, golfers and tourists who want to be close to all amenities, beaches and golf courses with Cabopino port, Fuengirola and Marbella just a short drive away.

Completely equipped for a fantastic holiday, there are 3 bedrooms, fully air conditioned, sleeping a total of 6 persons.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, sliding doors opening to main terrace, fitted wardrobes, and security blinds.
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, security blinds, fitted wardrobes and safe.
The third bedroom has two 90cm single beds, security blinds and fitted wardrobes.
Ensuite bathroom with Bath with shower over and twin sinks. Family bathroom with easy access walk in shower.
Kitchen and Utility area
A washing machine and drying area is located on the utility balcony.

The spacious dining room/lounge, with a 6-seater glass topped dining table, two comfortable 3 seater sofas, flat screen smart TV showing a wide choice of international TV channels and applications, free fibre optic WIFI, Sonos speaker and four patio doors opening to the terrace.
The apartment is on one level – entry up one flight of steps to first floor. The sunny 65m2 terrace enjoys all day sunshine and is equipped with a comfortable chillout sofa corner, outside dining table and chairs x6, two sunbeds and extra seating. Half of the terrace can be protected by the remote controlled canopy sun shades.
Casa Jolasol Holiday Rental Apartment has plenty of parking available on the street plus one assigned space in the underground car park.
There is one flight of steps to the property entrance so not suitable for disabled clients.
Two large supermarkets as well as a wide choice of bars, restaurants, pharmacy and banks are within easy 10 minutes walking distance, as well as taxi stand and bus stops for both Marbella and Fuengirola.
Located just 20 minutes walk from the apartment the sandy beaches of Elviria are famous for their wonderful beach clubs and safe bathing.
There are two wonderful boardwalk promenades stretching from Marbella to Puerto Banus and also from Cabopino to La Cala de Mijas. A few minutes drive will bring you to more sandy beaches at Cabopino, El Rosario and La Cala de Mijas too.

There is a safe installed within the property and there are security blinds on all the windows. This holiday villa is fully authorised and registered with the official Spanish tourist board: Junta de Andalucia: VFT/MA/56573. Our Local Property Manager is local, and always available for any problems or concerns.
