Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf is a well established complex offering a choice of 4 swimming pools set in extensive gardens, with 24hr manned security. 

The location is perfect for families, golfers and tourists who want to be close to all amenities, beaches and golf courses with Cabopino port, Fuengirola and Marbella just a short drive away. 

Casa Sunchill is easily accessible by lift directly from it’s private car parking space within the gated complex. To reach the closest pool, there are a few steps. (There is no road noise and only 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.) Santa Maria Golf Club is 5 minutes easy walk away.

The third bedroom has a 150cm king size bed, security blinds, sliding doors opening to the main terrace and fitted wardrobes.

One shower room on the upper floor (shared by Master and Bedroom 2). One shower room on lower floor.

Kitchen and Utility area

The modern open plan kitchen area is completely equipped with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and washing machine.

Lounge and Dining Area

The spacious open plan dining room/lounge, with a 6-seater round wooden dining table, a large comfortable corner sofa, flat screen smart TV showing a wide choice of international TV channels and applications, free fibre optic WIFI, Sonos speaker and four patio doors opening to both sides of the wrap around terrace.

The Terrace

The holiday apartment is on two levels . The sunny 90m2 corner terrace enjoys all day sunshine and is equipped with a comfortable chill out sofa corner, outside dining table and chairs x6, two sunbeds and extra seating. For those looking for some shade, there is a large parasol.

One assigned space in the underground car park plus extra guest parking is available in front of the security guard house.

There is one flight of steps within the property to the upper two bedrooms.

Two large supermarkets as well as a wide choice of bars, restaurants, pharmacy and banks are within easy 10 minutes walking distance, as well as taxi stand and bus stops for both Marbella and Fuengirola. Aventura Amazonia zip wire adventure park is just 5 minutes walk away.

Golfing

For lovers of golfing, there is a huge choice of clubs in Marbella. The closest to Casa Sunchill is Santa Maria Golf Club which is just 7 minutes walk away. Many other courses are within just 10 minutes drive, including:

The Beach

Located just 15 minutes walk from the apartment the sandy beaches of Elviria are famous for their wonderful beach clubs and safe bathing.

There are two wonderful boardwalk promenades stretching from Marbella to Puerto Banus and also from Cabopino to La Cala de Mijas.

A few minutes drive will bring you to more sandy beaches at Cabopino, El Rosario and La Cala de Mijas too. 

Things to note

If walking, you will need sun cream, a big bottle of water, a hat and a camera! We provide one hand towel, one bath towel and one pool towel per guest. For guests staying 14 nights or more, we provide a weekly express clean/laundry change (not including pool towels).

We can provide a shopping service/welcome pack for late arrivals on request, as well as high chair/cot (supplement applies). Late arrivals after 23hrs incur a Late Meet and Greet charge of 45eur.

Tennis and Keep Fit

Marbella Sports and Padel Club is just 5 minutes walk away for padel fans and gym bunnies.
