This lovely two bedroom apartment located frontline beach of Marbesa, Marbella is part of a small complex called Club Playa Real. Privately owned, our guests are permitted to use all the on-site facilities of the apartotel Heritage Resort Playa Real. There are 2 double bedrooms, the Master with ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to it’s own private balcony looking out to the ocean and another with 2 single beds, plus family bathroom. Both bedrooms have plenty of fitted wardrobe space and individually controlled air conditioning. This apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests (with sofa bed in lounge)
The well equipped kitchen has a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and is fully equipped for 6 guests. There is a large serving hatch through to the living area.
The open plan living and dining room has a dining table and chairs for six people, comfortable L-shaped sofa seating (converts to a sofabed for 2 persons), DVD player, and flat screen TV with android TV box showing a huge selection of channels in a variety of languages. Wifi is also included.
The living room opens onto the outdoor terrace with a table and 6 chairs and from here you can see one of Marbella’s many sandy beaches.
From mid June to mid September, a pool bar is open in the main hotel area and the on-site restaurant Robertos Pizzeria is open all year round, as well as Papillon Beach Restaurant and bar. Within less than 5 minutes walk, you will find a wide choice of beach chiringuitos, bars, restaurants and supermarkets and the popular centre of Elviria is an easy 20 minutes walk. For those who prefer not to hire a car, the bus stop for the regular Marbella-Fuengirola service is just 10 minutes walk away, as is the world famous Nikki Beach.
Our Property Manager will meet you personally at the apartment to show you around and give you keys. We will provide our guests with information about the local area and suggestions to excursions, bars and restaurants.
