Lounge and Dining Area

From the comfortably furnished lounge, double patio doors open out onto the sunny first terrace where there are sun beds, chill out corner, shade canopy and outside dining.

The Terrace

On the terrace, you will find sun beds, a chill out corner, shade canopy and outside dining. Children are safe as there is a gate down to the next level where you will find a jacuzzi to relax and cool off in the summer. Steps will bring you down to the third level where there is a built in barbecue and outside table and chairs.

Gated drive, security door and fully enclosed garden.

Access

Easy access, as the bungalow is all on one level. There are small steps down to the Jacuzzi area. There is a private parking space at the front of the house, however a car is not needed to reach the beach as it is only 15 minutes walk to Cabopino beaches and the port.

Local Services

For those who enjoy walking holidays and nature trails, there is a number of marked walks around the protected area of Artola sand dunes with easy access to the restaurants in Cabopino port when you need a break.

There are a variety of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance and also some supermarkets.
The bus stop for the regular bus service number 220 between Fuengirola and Marbella is also just 5 minutes walk.
